General information about deliveries
When validating your order, always pay attention to the delivery time indicated by our sales department (by e-mail, telephone, in store).
You will receive an automatic email from us when your order is ready to ship from our warehouse. This email contains a tracking link.
Automatic emails will be sent to you at each stage of the delivery (support by the carrier, delivery to a relay point, etc.).
Delivery in Brussels and surrounding areas by our internal delivery service
Our internal delivery service takes care of delivering to our regular customers (SMEs, professionals and public services), in the office and on site, Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m.
Important: depending on your history and the amount of the order, delivery charges may apply.
Shipping costs in BENELUX and France
- Deliveries in Belgium from 6€ (excl. VAT)
- Deliveries in the Netherlands and Luxembourg from 7€ (excl. VAT)
- Deliveries in France from 10€ (excl. VAT)
Important: special delivery costs are charged for items of large size, weight or volume (lawnmowers, compressors, generators, workbenches, cabinets,...).
Extended delivery times with certain payment methods
Additional time may be required when paying by the following means:

Partial deliveries
In principle, we only deliver fully prepared orders. If we have to order from multiple suppliers and they deliver at different times, it will take longer to prepare your order.
On request, for an additional charge depending on the amount of the order, we can make partial deliveries.
