General Terms of Sales
By ordering on this online web shop the client unconditionally agrees with the General Terms of Sales as stated below.
All prices on this online web shop are stated in euro, without VAT and are valid for the day you consult the web shop or the validity period if mentionned. The prices are transportation cost not included. International Tools Service S.A. guarantees the posted prices as long as there are no printing errors where International Tools Service S.A. can’t be hold responsible for. The prices as stated on the order confirmation are final, all taxes included for delivery in Belgium. The transportation cost is calculated immediately in function of the goods ordered and the geographical location of the client. The transportation cost is considered accepted by the client with the confirmation of his order. The transportation cost can never be refunded. The secure payment of the client is done at the time of the order and confirms it. The confirmed order will be considered final after approval of the chosen financial services. On non approval by the chosen financial services the order will be automatically cancelled and the client will be informed by e-mail. All payments are done in euro.
For all shipping abroad Belgium the client will pay all taxes due for importation of the goods, customs duties, value added taxes, and all other taxes and duties which could be due in the country of reception of the goods. International Tools Service S.A. is not responsible for the payment of these taxes and duties and can’t be held accountable if the client doesn’t settle them. It is the client’s duty to inform himself with his local authorities about the possibilities and responsibilities for the import of the goods he wishes to order.
International Tools Service S.A. holds the right to change his prices at any given moment. The goods are invoiced at the current price at the time of confirmation of the order, with the usual reservation of availability.
The product and price offers are valid if mentionned on the web shop, with the usual reservation of availability. For all goods not present in our stocks, the offers are valid with the usual reservation of availability with our suppliers. When the goods are unavailable after confirmation of the order, International Tools Service S.A. will inform the client as soon as possible by e-mail. Only the shipped goods will be invoiced. When International Tools Service S.A. has to repay goods to the client (ordered but non received and non invoiced goods), this repayment will be done to the bank account of the client within 30 days after reception of the payment of the client.
International Tools Service S.A. holds the right to refuse an order if there are legal issues between the client and International Tools Service S.A., when the goods aren’t available within a reasonable period, when the client seems insolvent or when events occur that make the delivery of the goods impossible. International Tools Service S.A. holds the right to contact the client to verify the authenticity and correctness of the order.
International Tools Service S.A. can’t be held responsible in case of delays on the delivery or the non delivery of parts or the whole of the ordered goods.
The clients of International Tools Service S.A. have the possibility to return the ordered goods with a minimum cost of 15% of the returned goods. To be refunded, the goods have to be returned in their original state with all delivered goods (accessories, packing, manual, …) unopened and unused. The transportation cost for the return of the goods is always at the expense of the client. Returns and refund requests, concerning the conformity of the order or the state of the goods, are only allowed within 48 hours after delivery of the goods. After this period the goods will be considered confirm the order and returns will no longer be accepted. All refund requests for the goods or the invoices have to be made by registered mail to the following address: International Tools Service S.A., Rue du Printemps 39-43, 1050 Brussels, Belgium. The transportation cost of the goods is always at the expense of the client unless the responsibility of International Tools Service S.A. is at issue. Returns C.O.D. are always refused, whatever reason. All legal issues are the exclusive competence of the Courts of the Brussels Capital Region.
After confirmation of the order International Tools Service S.A. will deliver the available ordered goods as soon as possible to his shipping agent. Delays on delivery are no reason for the client to claim costs or interests. The goods are always shipped for the account of the client and under his responsibility. The client will check the goods on delivery. The client may claim shortcomings of the goods within 48 hours after delivery of the goods according to the rules described above. The client will check the good functioning of the goods and will read the manual. In case of shortcomings the client has a return right as described above. The invoice is also proving of the guarantee. The guarantee is limited to the one given by the maker of the goods.
International Tools Service S.A. will give more information to the client, at his request, on the goods on this web shop if possible. The pictures of the goods are mostly representative for the described goods. When the pictures do not represent the described goods or the goods are altered by the producer, the responsibility of International Tools Service S.A. can’t be called upon. The pictures are not part of the sales contract.
All information requested on this web shop are collected for the good handling of your order, delivery of the goods and correct invoicing of your purchase. When the information is not submitted your order can’t be confirmed. The information submitted by the client is part of the sales contract. In case of errors in the information submitted by the client, the responsibility of International Tools Service S.A. is not at issue in case of delivery problems. The client has always the possibility to see the information we collect and to alter it. The client can do this via the client-information of this web shop. International Tools Service S.A. will not give this information to third parties nor sell it. International Tools Service S.A. can use the information for its own commercial or promotional actions.
